An Nguyen is the Head of Category Management – E-Commerce at Amazon. She leads teams of buyers at Amazon who are final decision makers in choosing suppliers, selection criteria, terms of doing business, pricing and merchandising strategy. An also held managerial roles in sales and marketing, leading top-performing brands like Lipton, Heineken, Knorr, Clear, and Dumex, and at Fortune 500 companies like Unilever, Danone, and Heineken.

An Nguyen holds an MBA in Strategy and Organization Performance from Vanderbilt University and a Master in Finance & Marketing from the University of Sydney. An has received prestigious leadership awards like Fulbright and the Australian Leadership Award. She has been a regular speaker at various UK and US MBA programs. She has also been featured on the CEO Forum and holds the title of Environment Ambassador to promote Earth Day as an activity of interest outside her profession.
